中新网郑州1月10日电 (记者 刘鹏)将实施“创新驱动、科教兴省、人才强省”战略放在“十大战略”之首的河南省，10日在省会郑州召开科学技术奖励大会，对2023年度该省科学技术杰出贡献奖和自然科学奖、技术发明奖、科学技术进步奖获得者进行表彰。
当日，大会宣读了《河南省人民政府关于2023年度河南省科学技术奖励的决定》，河南省科学院党委副书记、执行院长宋克兴被授予2023年度河南省科学技术杰出贡献奖；“银硫团簇材料定向制备与功能化”等27项成果获得河南省自然科学奖；“‘人—机—环境’共融的高端装备数字孪生关键技术与应用”等14项成果获得河南省技术发明奖；“超高纯硅基电子材料制备关键技术及应用”等288项成果获得河南省科学技术进步奖。
大会现场，河南省自然科学奖一等奖获奖代表、郑州大学学术副校长臧双全表示，河南出台落地一系列科技政策举措，让全省的科技事业“高歌猛进”。作为学科带头人，将力争在国家奖等关键性指标上实现更多突破，开创学科建设的新高度，真正实现在高原上起高峰。
重建重振省科学院，是河南实施“第一战略”的“一号工程”。河南省科学技术杰出贡献奖获得者宋克兴表示，“将秉承‘家国、自信、卓越、精进’的院训，坚定信念，提升自信，精益求精，脚踏实地，开创省科学院工作新局面。”
河南省科学技术进步奖一等奖获奖代表，中钢洛耐院宝武首席科学家、国家重点实验室主任李红霞说，今后与团队将更加努力，高水平高质量完成所承担的国家重点研发计划，为河南省耐火材料高质量发展、成为世界耐火材料创新策源地作出新贡献。
2022年，河南省曾召开教育科技创新大会暨人才工作会议，河南省委主要领导出席会议并为2021年度河南省科学技术杰出贡献奖获得者颁奖，释放出了尊重人才、尊重创新的鲜明信号。2023年，河南科技创新事业又迎来“井喷式”增长：全省新当选两院院士6位，为历年最多；超短超强激光、超算互联网核心节点项目启动建设；中原科技城在全国同类科技城中排名升至第19位……
近三年来，河南省更是把大力实施创新驱动、科教兴省、人才强省战略放在“十大战略”之首，引育了诸多一流人才团队，结出了一大批一流成果，创新发展成为现代化河南建设的主旋律、最强音。
为保障“第一战略”全面实施，河南省坚定不移加大科技投入支持科技创新，2021年、2022年，全省财政科技支出先后跨越了300亿元、400亿元台阶，官方并表示将在此领域继续保持强势增长。(完)
